  • Seek certainty and reassurance
     

The problem is, the more attention you give it, the stronger it becomes.


What starts as a small concern can quickly feel overwhelming.

The loop that keeps it going

 Many people notice a pattern like this:


A sensation or thought appears


→ You notice it


→ You start to question it


→ You check or search for answers


→ You feel temporary relief


→ Then the doubt comes back


And the cycle repeats.


Over time, this can make you feel like you can’t trust your own body or your own thoughts.
