When we feel anxious our thoughts are negative...
“ I can’t go on ... what if this doesn’t go away?"
“I am useless”
“ I am never going to be able to cope”
“ This is really awful..”
We get stuck in a bit of a vicious circle.
The more anxious you feel – the more negative your thoughts are, then the worse you feel.
When things are really bad you can’t sleep.
Depression can creep up on you so anxiety and depression can go together and vice versa.
With hypnotherapy, the symptoms of anxiety can improve substantially. Just imagine how much better you would feel if you were sleeping better and thinking more positively.
Living with anxiety can be a real struggle and isolating too. We can feel overwhelmed and on the edge but it is possible to take back control of your mindset and find pleasure and contentment again
How do I start hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy for anxiety starts with an initial, one hour consultation. The consultation is completely FREE and there is no obligation to book further sessions if it’s not right for you. At the initial consultation we gather brief information (name, age, address etc.) and we explain how and why the therapy works.
Further sessions are one hour long and usually take place once a week. Most customers have around 8-12 sessions, although this can vary and often clients attend for 3 or 4 sessions. After a period of time you might feel that you want to space the appointments out further and we can agree what is best for you.
