I may collect and store your name and contact information (telephone number, email address, address) on this website so that I can understand your needs and provide you with a better service. In addition, I may collect and store other information such as comments and feedback.

When you contact me via the website, I will collect and store your contact information (name, email address, telephone number, address) so that I can respond to your message.

I will only ever store your personal information for the time I need it. I will always ask for your consent before adding you to my contact database.

How I store, share and disclose my site visitors’ personal information?

This website, hosted by GoDaddy, collects personal data when you visit this website, including:

2. Webpages you visited prior to coming to this website
3. YourIP address

GoDaddy needs the data to run this website, and to protect and improve its platform and services. GoDaddy analyses the data in a de-personalised form. I will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless I have your permission or are required by law to do so.

You have rights relating to my storage and use of your personal data including:

1. The right to be forgotten – where you can ask me to delete all personal data relating to you

Information Governance Policy

I have an in depth Information Governance Policy which is available on this website. It is at the bottom of the page. You can register to view this by providing your email and creating a password. However all clients are sent a copy of the policy when they sign up for therapy.
