When I was in my late 40s I slowly began to lose my mojo.
No-one told me palpitations were a perimenopausal symptom but knowledge is power so then I made them stop!
But stress and gaslighting were my recipe to a more anxious mind.
It took me a long time to get back to being me again!
A confident and much happier woman over 40. (Ok so I am well over 40 now!)
I trained as a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist. I had always wanted to work as a therapist in private practice and finally the time was right.
I knew Solution Focused Hypnotherapy would be fantastic.
I had already used the Solution Focused Approach when I worked in the NHS as a mental health nurse.
But combining this with hypnosis is really a game changer.
I specialise in helping women over 40 experiencing peri/menopause and anxiety.
My other passion is hypnotherapy for weight loss. I help women who use food as a stress reliever -so if that's you.. I can definitely help with that.
